"Horrible service. Borderline criminal. My husband has been waiting 5 months for a claim(let alone a call from him) on his vehicle. No accountably. Stay away from this place."

"This has been a disaster. No help, no communication and thousands of dollars spent. Stay away, I am working with legal counsel because of the horrible way I was treated at this branch."

"My son was new to the area when he had an accident and the car was towed to a body shop approved by State Farm. Not only did the car sit there without resolution, it had to be towed to a dealership to fix the car so it could actually drive (fuel pump replacement). The body shop marked the car as being completed but clearly it is not. State Farm will not step up and help - multiple calls with State Farm and no one puts any urgency or helps. We’ve spent thousands of dollars on a rental car and they just say “sorry you don’t have renters insurance”. You should do the right thing! I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and am stunned at how much they aren’t helping. Pictures of the “finished” vehicle are included."

"Dear Susan, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience your son has experienced throughout this experience with the Saint Lucie repair shop. We understand how stressful vehicle repairs can be following an accident, and we appreciate his understanding as the fuel pump issue with the vehicle was unrelated to the claim, although it doesn’t make the situation any easier. While his policy didn’t include the rental car coverage and was acknowledged at time of purchase, we’ve been in touch with him regularly and have worked with the claims department and the repair shop to help keep things moving. The parts needed are on back order, but once they come in, the shop will be able to finish the repair. Most recent, our claims department attempted to contact your son and left him a voicemail to schedule an inspection of the vehicle. We’re waiting on that update and will continue to monitor the situation. Your business is very important to us, and we want to ensure that you and your family feel supported. Please don’t hesitate to email us with any updates or concerns - We are here to help in any way we can."

"5 Stars I had an absolutely outstanding experience setting up my new auto insurance policy with Josh Dike - State Farm Insurance Agent in Winter Springs today.
